[Indo-Job] Needed National Key Account Manager

With current combined pulp, paper and packaging grades capacity of over 7 million tones in Indonesia, it ranks number one in Asia, excluding Japan. Currently has multi-location manufacturing facilities in Indonesia and markets its products in more than 65 countries on six continents. The company produces bleached hardwood pulp and a wide range of paper and packaging products. The range extends from commodity-grade base paper to value added art paper, that includes cast coat paper, tissue, specialty papers, carbonless paper and stationery and office products.

As part of ongoing Business Development Program, the Company is seeking candidates for the position of:

NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible in setting and implementing the strategies for managing all key modern trade customers, Key Account Supervisors and operations in assigned channel.
Manage sales and revenue growth for a key account channel across all product categories
Develop sales strategy for Key Accounts based on market needs, KA structure, competitive situation and company targets
Show leadership and dedication to make KAMs achieving quantitative KPIs and increase market shares in Key Accounts
Establishing and maintaining new relationships with key clients
Working with brand and trade teams, implementing trade promotions
Regular visits at important Key Accounts
Manage a team of Key Account Managers
Optimize cooperation with sales force

The requirements of this position are shown below:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent from respected / reputable University
Min. 5 years of experience in the sales area in FMCG sector, including about 2 years on national key account management position
Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
Very strong leading and interpersonal skill
Experience in building long-term relations with clients
Creative problem solving skills

Customer Care Officer

Exp in customer handling. Could be from any sector, but preferably from hospitality / aviation, etc.

Retail Sales Officer
Min. Experience 3+ years
Exp in retail sales.
At least 1st year of College
